We devote time to learning as much as we can about each client prior to beginning their project, and often, prior to presenting a proposal. By the time we are awarded a project, we typically have a comprehensive understanding of their organization, including their mission, core values, culture, and even have a general understanding of their competition or similar organizations in their field.
